Dom is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. Previously employed by Valley Saab, Dom successfully steered his after-sales team to achieve the number 1 position in customer satisfaction amongst the national Saab dealer network. Not one to rest on his laurels, he’s now transferred his expertise to owning and managing Pembury Auto Centre.

Charlie has been in the trade for well over 30 years in various brands, starting as a service valeter progressing to Parts and Service. He has experience across different parts of the business, a wealth of knowledge gained over the years, and is always around to help when needed. Charlie is committed to ensuring our customers receive the best possible service from start to finish.

With 30 years of experience with a variety of Brands, Parts are in Matt's DNA. Matt plays an essential role within the Pembury Auto Centre family. So any Parts questions, He is your man!

Jack has over 15 years of experience in the motor trade and doesn’t shy away from any task. With his vast knowledge and determination, Jack fits the Pembury Auto Centre team perfectly.

Riccardo is a very established member of our team, he is highly motivated, enthusiastic and always happy to tackle new tasks. No job is too big or too small for him and we are very lucky to have him in our team. His working standards are extremely high and his role here is core to our business.

Matt joined us in 2023 as our Apprentice Technician & is now fully qualified. He has a real passion for the job and just gets on with it. In the short period of time Matt has been with us, he has proven to be a highly valued member of the Pembury Auto Centre team. Of course, he continues to learn every day when given new challenges & opportunities and is never afraid to ask for help if needed. Just a fantastic team player.
